A beautiful theatre programme, the use of dark blue contrasts wonderfully with the orange details throughout, with ornate advertisements and illustrations.

Landscape format, thick ribbed matt cream paper for front and back cover, with smooth off-white internal pages. Front cover with a large landscape illustration with dark ink and orange accents.

The play is a farcical comedy with the famous Mr Cyril Maude playing the lead character, Mr Cottenham, a shy and dry witted government clerk, who, due to circumstances meets a Modern American woman with no manners when her car breaks down outside Cottenham’s weekend residence.

A total of 12 pages including covers. Approx. H 17cm x W 22cm.

Condition Code: 4-5: One rusty staple with pages intact, with slight nibbled edging on front and back cover. Evidence of original horizontal and vertical pocket crease. Because of the slightly oversized covers the internal pages are in super condition for its age.
