This is a rare book due to the once only event and the condition.

Condition Code: 4: A rare copy found in this condition. The thick card cover has successfully protected the internal pages for the past 113 years. Bound with thread, the pages are smooth, flat and intact with the thread. Very light foxing on a few pages. Two sections of the book have detached from the joint, but thread binding still intact; please see photographs as they are an important part of the description.
