The Windmill Theatre was converted from a cinema screen to a theatre in 1931 and made famous by Mrs Henderson’s Revudeville non-stop variety performances. This programme is the 5th edition packed with black and white photographs of the performers from each number, usually accompanied by a caption. Also a number of sepia photographs of the famous nude tableaux.
Includes a photo of the owner and a fascinating foreword highlighting some of the actors who gained fame and fortune performing the Revudeville at the Windmill Theatre.
