A fascinating programme, incorporating ‘topics of the day’ and various news articles including war reports.

The programme presents a who’s who of shakespearean actors of the late 1800s.

8 pages including front and back covers. The outside covers are printed on thick cream paper in black ink with decoration on the front cover. Dated in pencil to January 25th 1898, presumably by the original owner.

 Condition Code:3: Some ‘nibbles’ to the front opening edge and top. The fold is torn top and bottom but not to the staple and the programme is still intact. As to be expected the staple is a little rusty and there is some foxing in keeping with age; otherwise good condition for its age.
