The Noble Lord was an original farcical comedy in three acts written by (Captain) Robert Marshall a Scottish playwright.

He wrote plays during the time that he was posted around the globe and worked his way up the ranks to captain. The play stars Mr Arthur Bouchier as the lead male character and who, at the time, was also co-manager of the Criterion Theatre.

The theatre programme consists of 12 pages including front and back cover. Approx. H 20 cm x W 14cm.

The oversized card cover pages has protected the internal pages and as a result, the programme is in great condition. Notation date written in ink by original theatre goer at top right of front cover.
