This 1880s theatre programme presents Miss Fanny Leslie’s first production of her season at the Strand Theatre, London, with Jack-in-the-Box, a “A New Musical Variety Drama”. Fannie Leslie was a singer, actor and comic and here she is also the manager. On the front cover is a very glowing review of her many theatrical skills.
This particular programme is for the 370th and final performance on Easter Monday April 2nd 1888.
