This 1900 Daly’s Theatre, London programme presents San Toy, a musical comedy which opened on 21st October 1899. Hugely popular in its day, it ran for 768 performances at this theatre, continuing with success in Broadway, New York. It has been rarely performed since the 1930s, probably due to the language used being considered politically incorrect.
