This St. James Theatre programme presents A Debt of Honour, a play which ran for just 85 performances, making this a rare piece. With the iconic design of George Alexander’s initials that adorned the St James’s Theatre programmes in the early 1900s, this particular programme is in exceptional condition for this type; it is made from a cream, parchment style, quite absorbent paper that tends to deteriorate quickly, but it appears to have been well protected since its printing and is in exceptional condition.
