An interesting programme for the advertisements alone, but of course there’s a lot more: The cast list is a who’s who of actors of the period including Sir Henry Irving and his son, Laurence; and there’s a very helpful synopsis of this particular interpretation of Faust.

Condition Code: 4: The front cover has a clean split following the spine for approx. 4cms; evidence of horizontal fold; discolouration on centre page; a little foxing throughout. Despite this little list the programme really is in good condition for its 114 years. Staple and pages firm and intact.
