This theatre programme presents The Fascinating Mr Vanderveldt, a new comedy in four acts, written by Alfred Sutro. It Stars Mr Bourchier and Miss Violet Vanbrugh.

The Garrick Theatre was opened in 1889 in the London West End and was named after the famous actor David Garrick. The Garrick Theatre was designed by Walter Emden and C.J Phipps and was financed by the famous dramatist, poet-playwright and illustrator Mr W. S Gilbert.

Condition Code: 4-5: One central rusty staple but pages firmly secure. No nicks, tears, or cuts. Date notation on top left of back cover page ‘June 20th 1906’ written in pencil, presumably by original theatre-goer. This theatre programme and the insert are in such excellent condition for an historic document of 110 years.
