A rare, 100-year-old souvenir and historical record of Rupert D’Oyly Carte’s season of Gilbert and Sullivan operas performed between September 29th 1919 and January 31st 1920. Contains a forward by J. M. Bullock and photographs of the D’Oyly Carte’s and Messrs. Gilbert and Sullivan on pages 2 and 3; Photographs of the principal members of the D’Oyly Carte Company on pages 14 and 15. All pages in between have scene photographs of the different operas. A true historical record.

16 pages including front and back cover; approx. H18½cms x W25cms.

Condition Code: 4-5: In very good condition despite being 100 years age. The covers have slight age-related discolouration but has done an excellent job protecting the internal pages. The cover has detached from lower staple only due to rust but the top staple is still secure. The internal pages are securely stapled, the pages and edges are smooth and flat with no folds.
