A double-fold programme printed in coloured ink on paper. This production ran from 7th September to 30th October 1897 with 62 performances. It was first performed in August 1897 and also had some success on Broadway. Interestingly the accompanying play ‘Our Bitterest Foe’ was performed for the first time at the Globe on 7th September 1897.

Condition Code: 4: Although there is evidence of a horizontal fold across the middle of the programme, and a small amount of discolouration in keeping with age, it is in very good overall condition for its 119 + years
