This very special programme presents a very young Yehudi Menuhin playing, with Walter Bohle at the piano, Beethoven, Bach, Paganini, Brahams-Joachim and Sarasate. The programme includes two photographs of the 17-year-old genius musician clutching his violin. The programme also advertises the next twelve afternoon concerts from December 17th 1933 – April 8th 1934. There are interesting advertisements including Columbia Records and His Masters Voice, (as you would expect!)
The front cover holds a beautiful colourful print of a watercolour illustration depicting a picturesque waterfall behind draping tree branches. In front of this scenery are two mystical creatures.
