As with these rare Tivoli programmes, we have beautiful and colourful illustrations, in this case depicting: Titania, Midsummer Night’s Dream; Ariel, Tempest; Autolycus, Winter’s Tale.

Inside, this beautiful theatre programme presents a matinee, dated September 15th, of twenty-four mainly comedy acts. Surrounding the centre programme list are fascinating advertisements of the day.

Six printed sides folded in three sections.  Approx 25.5cms x 11.5cms when folded; 25.5cms x 350cms when fully opened.

 

Condition Code: 4: Some foxing commensurate with the age of the programme; 1 x 3cm split at top of fold; 1 x 4cm split at bottom of fold. 1 cm split on edge. These do not detract from the general condition of the pages which are smooth and firm.
